Reworks the home-page WebODM area into “WebODM Tools” and exposes both WebODM tools directly: the Offline Plugin and the standalone Boundary Calculator.

• Limits the public Geozone status page to datasets that are actually imported on the current SkyMission installation instead of showing empty/planned source configurations.
• Shows full date and time for the World Airports last synchronization in Geozone administration.
• Adds a persistent World Airports automatic-sync setting, including refresh interval and an explicit “Include World Airports in Synchronize all and Cron” switch.
• Makes Synchronize all and the protected Cron workflow honor the World Airports automatic-sync switch, matching the per-country source controls.
